About the Seminar
With the new Construction Act coming into force in October 2011 it is important that all in the construction industry understand the important changes it will have to main contracts, sub-contracts and consultant appointments.
Hawkswell Kilvington are presenting a half-day seminar which explains the changes brought about by the Act and the changes to JCT and NEC standard forms, highlighting important amendments that will need to be made to contracts, sub-contracts and consultant appointments to make them compliant with the new Act. The seminar will focus in particular on the new payment requirements and how retention will change.
The seminar will also include a review of recent adjudication cases.
